Google Doc is the most popular online document processing tool. Google Docs now supports Microsoft Word and Excel Files. You can upload these files and Google Docs will automatically convert these files so that you can edit them online. The only problem is that the document will appear without some formatting settings you have applied to your Word or Excel document. After Google Docs have successfully converted your document you can edit it in Docs. I have uploaded a Word 2007 document that I received via email and Google Docs converted it for me.
